Items eligible for return must be purchased directly from IW TECH SHOP’s website.

Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Software, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request.

After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept any return requests.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team either through our website or by email at sales@iwtechshop.co.za. Our dedicated representatives will guide you through the process.

We may request additional information or documentation, such as proof of purchase, to process your return efficiently.

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

4. Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for the returned items.

5. Refund:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will exclude any original shipping fees incurred during the purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

6. Non-Refundable Items:
