Where We Deliver
We deliver nationwide within South Africa to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes or post offices).
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for your delivery. If you are not present, an authorized person at your address may sign on your behalf.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00.

No weekend or public holiday deliveries.

Outlying areas may experience slight delays.
If we expect any significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly by email or phone.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout for your convenience.
If Delivery Fails
If no one is available to receive your order, we’ll contact you to reschedule within 24–48 hours.
Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Incorrect items delivered?
Please contact us immediately at 068 677 0857 or sales@iwtechshop.co.za. We will collect the incorrect goods and deliver the correct items as soon as possible.
Damaged products?
Notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange collection and fast replacement (weekdays only).
Self Collection
Self-collection is available by prior written confirmation to ensure your order is ready and payment is received.

Delivery does not include installation. Installation can be arranged at an additional fee.

IW Tech Shop is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. For courier-related damage, please file a claim directly with the delivery carrier and keep all original packaging.
